Office Coordinator

Part Time- Tuesdays & Thursday 9am-5pm

Chicago, IL 60606

$38-40/hr

The mission of the Office Experience Coordinator is to curate an office environment and experience where our dragons can thrive. They manage the office, including greeting visitors, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and coordinating in-office events. They must be collaborative, have a customer service mindset, and can prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations and establish yourself as the go-to person for all things office-related
• Establish a schedule and process to maintain office safety and cleanliness, meal vendor coordination, and food, supply, and equipment management.
• Order and restock snacks/office supplies
• Coordinate with utility vendors
• Occasional printing and organizing of office
• Become an essential asset to the Experience team by coordinating in-office and remote events, happy hours, team lunches, etc. for our employees, supporting our Company Value “Enjoy the Ride”.
• Work in collaboration with the Executive Operations and Recruiting team to create a great candidate and visitor experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be on-site at the office
• Experience managing a rapidly growing office with evolving needs along with experience scheduling.
• A background of budgeting and submitting expenses.
• Experience with Google Calendar and Slack is a plus.
